Accountability

Paul Thompson is responsible for delivery.

Founder / delivery principalPaul Thompson

Paul approves the scope, owns the client record and signs Turwin's delivery record. The client's named approver accepts the product under the agreement. Specialists may contribute to the work. Delivery accountability stays with Turwin.

Named accountability does not replace the signed agreement. The agreement controls scope, price, timing, acceptance and rights.

A standard production build

Here is what $260,000 buys.

$260,000 is the starting investment for a medium-profile product. The signed scope fixes the product, delivery window, acceptance conditions and client rights before production begins.

Sources and conclusions are public. Proprietary research, production systems and commercial methods stay inside Turwin.

Ways to build

You have more than one sensible way to build a product.

Here is how the main options compare. Many clients commission the first product, then hire an internal team as the venture grows.

The first paid step

We define the build before we ask you to fund it.

The written fit check is free. Qualified work moves to a paid Build Definition engagement. The proposal states its fee, timing and contents. When the approved production build proceeds under the proposal's terms, Turwin credits that fee in full toward production.

  • A written product and commercial scope
  • Acceptance conditions and delivery boundaries
  • A production proposal with price, timing and rights
