What the assessment can tell you
The assessment helps you decide where to put further time and money. It does not include customer interviews, demand validation, a prototype or technical performance testing. Experiments and builds are separate engagements.
Your idea stays yours
The worksheet stays in your browser until you accept the intake notice and continue. Turwin then saves the high-level answers privately and sends only an opaque payment-matching reference to Polar. Ask for an NDA before sharing sensitive material.
AI may assist with research and analysis. A named Turwin reviewer checks the sources, conclusions and final recommendation.

Turwin works with you to decide what the system must understand, what it may do and when a person must stay in control. Those decisions become a written scope and acceptance conditions for the build.
Before development

Turwin records what the system must do, where people stay in control and how you will decide whether the product meets the brief.
During delivery
Build, verify and hand over.
Turwin builds the agreed system, tests it against the acceptance conditions and hands over the code, controls and operating documents named in the agreement.
A separate decision, with a written price.
The $99 assessment stands on its own. Further work may be a feasibility experiment, a paid product definition or a production build, each scoped and priced separately.
Production builds start at $135,000. A medium-profile build starts at $260,000. Your signed proposal sets the final scope, fee, delivery window and rights.
The first production payment covers the signed Build Definition and mobilization. Production work begins only after the definition is approved.

Turwin keeps its pre-existing tools, reusable methods and background technology. Third-party models, cloud services, open-source software and external data remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

Named responsibility
A named principal is responsible for your engagement.
Specialists may contribute, while a named Turwin delivery principal remains accountable for the work and signs the delivery record. Your named approver accepts the product under the agreement.

Will the assessment prove customers will buy?+
No. It identifies demand assumptions and can recommend how to test them. Customer interviews and demand validation are outside the $99 assessment.
Do I have to commission a build afterward?+
No. The assessment is a standalone engagement. Its recommendation may be to proceed, revise, test an uncertainty or stop.
What kind of AI product can Turwin build?+
The architecture depends on the work. A product may combine models, structured data, retrieval, memory, integrations, evaluations, safeguards and human review.
Will I own the finished product?+
After full payment, you own the client-specific deliverables assigned to you in the signed agreement. Turwin’s background technology and third-party components remain separately owned and licensed as stated in that agreement.
Who is responsible for the result?+
A named Turwin principal owns the engagement and signs the delivery record. The proposal states what the product must do, how it will be evaluated and what you will receive. Your named approver accepts the work.
