Delivery: Within 5 business days after Turwin receives payment and a complete private intake, including any source material Turwin agrees is needed. If information is missing, the delivery window starts when it arrives
Review: A named Turwin reviewer checks and signs your recommendation
Clarification: One written clarification is included. Request it within 7 calendar days of delivery
Your idea and material: Turwin uses what you submit only to prepare, deliver and support the assessment, operate and protect the service, and meet legal duties. Turwin will not publish, sell, license, reuse or add it to the opportunity library without written permission
Worksheet and payment: After you accept the intake notice, Turwin stores your high-level answers privately and sends only an opaque reference—not the answers—to Polar to match payment. Keep trade secrets and confidential files out of the worksheet
Refunds: Cancel before research starts for a full refund. If Turwin misses the delivery window for reasons within its control, choose a full refund or a new delivery date. A completed assessment is otherwise final, except where law requires a refund
